Job Description


Clinical Research Assistant B will plan and perform research and administrative tasks for the Advanced Lung Disease Research Group?s Phase I-IV clinical trials, including prescreen, recruit, consent and screen patients according to protocol. Schedule patient visits and any necessary testing. Organize and help maintain study documentation, includes source documentation, case report forms, research charts, and study logs. Prepare for study visits including labeling and creating visit packets. Collect and review study data. Process and ship study specimens including blood, sputum, and urine. Participate in study team meetings, and ongoing protocol training. Perform general administrative duties to support clinical trials unit. In addition to above, will develop study specific documents and trackers, input data, help prepare for regulatory submissions, help with study start up activities, and work on multiple projects.


A High School Diploma or GED and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree preferred.
