Job Description


Provides administrative support requiring initiative and sound judgment for all sport teams and the Division?s Sport Administrator staff; includes, but not limited to, calendar management, meeting preparation, travel plans and expenses; maintenance of filing and follow-up systems. Assists the Associate Director of Administration, Assistant Chief of Staff and administrative support team with the organization of the Division on special events and projects as assigned.


A High School Diploma or GED and 1 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook; previous experience in an office setting preferred. Good oral and written communications skills. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
