Data Entry Technician

The Clinical Trials Office is seeking a Data Entry Technician. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Assist CTO Clinical Research Coordinator team in study data entry. Research source documents to extract data for entry. Perform data quality checks. Assure all study data is entered to Velos to meet both internal and external regulations in accordance with protocol guidelines. Respond to data entry and report requests in a timely fashion. Maintain files, logs and other materials in an organized, efficient manner. Clerical duties include matching, filing, coding source documents. Assist CTO Clinical Research Coordinator team with special projects. Candidate will receive additional supportive mentoring for skills development after initial orientation. Assignments will be determined by supervisor based on skills, training and competency levels. Assignments may broaden in complexity with experience requiring increasing self-directed activity. Other duties as assigned.

The minimum requirements are as follows: High school diploma or equivalent required. One year of experience required.
