Job Summary

The Division of Infectious Diseases seeks an individual to be primarily responsible for recruitment of study personnel and also database management and administration by identifying, locating, validating, entering, and securing data with source documentation.

Excellent communication skills are needed along with excellent ability to talk to potential research participants.

Regulatory documentation responsibilities include preparation of annual reports and regulatory documentation for clinical staff and IRB review and analysis including management of IRB protocol documentation.

Protocol data management responsibilities include preparation and presentation of specific outcomes data reporting for specific protocols including severe adverse events, toxicities, protocol deviations, and other data.

In addition, this candidate is responsible for meeting or exceeding continuous process improvement goals, performing internal audits, and collecting and presenting data from various databases. This individual is required to attend various weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings and be willing to travel to receive annual training.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Professional programs, research databases, HIPAA , HSP , web, computing proficiency, data entry.
