Job Description

Human Resources Assistant
Will be responsible for data entry and the transactional processes in multiple modules within the Oracle E-Business HRMS Suite, liaising with Payroll, answering all Human Resources' questions, greeting employees and applicants, updating pages of the HR website, and handling and processing of billing, notifications, mailings and communication materials for employees, students, and retirees. Additional responsibilities include handling the daily mail and general office needs, and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree and previous human resources, or related, experience required. Must be detail oriented, organized, and computer proficient with MS Office; working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite strongly preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills required. Must be able to multi-task, handle sensitive and confidential material, manage a busy phone, and work with all members of a diverse, multicultural community. Initiative and the ability to prioritize, learn new concepts, and work well in a team environment essential.
