Quality Manager (Job Opening 444687) - Quality Manager to guide the selection of clinical measures to facilitate utilization in a data driven progam to innovate and develop new best practice for chronic pain optiate dependent patients for the Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation; develops logic model for complex interventions and mechanisms; tracks progress and changing needs of patients involved in the program; analyze data and report findings to clinical teams; recommends quality improvements, throughput and outcomes; participates in scholarly activity, including presentations at national meetings, publishing and grant submissions; serves as team lead tasked with developing new evidence based interventions that are effective for patients with chronic pain while decreasing their burden of opiate use; designs new human machine interface technology for biofeedback guided physical reconditioning and mindfulness strategies; coordinates creation of IHIS templates that facilitate efficient documentation required by the DEA and State Board;


Education and Experience


Bachelora??s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required; Mastera??s degree in health care, industrial design or graphics or related field preferred; Minimum 1 year quality management or related experience required; strong analytical skills, computer skills and experience with excel and basic statistical analysis required; experience with a wide variety of quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc) preferred. Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
