Primary Function
This position is responsible to insure operational needs of customer service, production, and sanitation are met in all areas of Housing and Dining. The individual in this position works under the supervision of Food Administrators III and II, and the indirect supervision of a cook or cook?s helper.

Duties and Responsibilities (generally)
Procedures on all food preparation, food handling (service), and sanitation are provided in the Food
Production procedure and the Task Training Manual. Food Administrators, III , II, and I are present inhouse
to serve as resource personnel and to monitor the quantity and quality of items being prepared for
service and to insure sanitation standards are being met. This job has no supervisory responsibilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Safe Food Handlers Certification required within 30 days of employment
