NC State?s Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides campus-wide computing, information and communication technology services in support of the university?s academic and administrative goals.

The Administrative Support Associate provides support to the Vice Chancellor for IT and Chief Information Officer?s executive assistant and for the VC for IT and CIO office.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Willingness to work a flexible schedule determined by business needs.
This position is expected to be able to bring equipment and presentation materials to different places on campus for events and meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
Experience using Google Apps such as Mail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and/or Slides and Microsoft Office.
