Student Success Manager

The Student Success Manager, under the supervision of the Dean of the Adult Education and ESL Division, is responsible for the student success program that involves meeting ICCB performance targets, particularly transition to college and workforce metrics. This position plans, implements, and monitors the student success initiatives to increase educational level completions, retention, and transition to college and the workforce. The Adult Education Student Success Manager is also accountable for the assessment, measurement and reporting of outcomes. This position supervises three full-time and one part-time specialist positions that provide coordination for student success and transition services.

Required Qualification

1. Bachelor?s degree.
2. Two (2) or more years working at an educational institution in adult education, assessment, continuous improvement, student development, or academic programs.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to synthesize, summarize, interpret, and report assessment results
6. Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications, Student Information Systems, and databases.

Desired Qualifications

1. Master?s degree.
2. Ability to lead and facilitate meetings and workshops.
3. Experience working with people with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
4. Bilingual in Spanish.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Will require evenings periodically throughout the semester to meet with students and to coordinate events.

At least 1 day a week visiting the Lakeshore or Southlake campuses.
